Meditation is important for every human being. Research has shown that meditation elevates happiness, reduces anxiety and improves concentration.
It doesn’t have to take hours, you don’t have to clear your mind of every single thought and you don’t need to sit cross-legged on a cushion to do it.
It can help you process your thoughts, your life, raise your energy & vibration or just allow you to be more peaceful.

Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to learn about Meditation in a safe and supportive environment. Complete beginners or some experience. Helping those who wish to reduce stress, anxiety, be more calm and peaceful or generally connect more with self/grow spiritually. Experience not needed; just an open-mind and being willing to learn in a group setting.

Regarding cancellation; cancellation re attending any Course or Gathering is required 14 days PRIOR to the start date. Payment will then be refunded; less a 10% Administration Fee.
After this time, payments are not refundable or transferable, unless your place can be filled from a waiting list; less a 20% Administration Fee
We regret no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, work, family or other reasons. Prior to committing to an event, please ensure you can attend
However, if an Event does not go ahead, alternative dates will be offered or refund provided
